Email from 6/22/2007:

  • Last week Friday we defeated Western 1  3-1. Sam Connell pitched a good game and our defense shut them down

  •  On Monday, we beat Rockford 2  5-3.  Jeff Moriarty pitched the first six innings for the win while Jo Woo came in a closed it up.

  •  On Wednesday, we beat Belding  12-1. Dustin Chalmers pitched the whole game striking out 13 batters out of 18 he faced. Jo Woo made contact for an inside the park home run. Jeff Moriarty and Jose Torrez added with a double each of their own.

  •  Northern Seniors are now 7-0!!!

Our Northern team continues to do well. Last Friday against Belding at home we won 12 to 7. Tim Freeman hit a homerun over the left center fence. Tonight we beat Greenville at home 5 to 1.  Jotham Woo hit a homerun over the fence in centerfield. Our record is now 4 and 0.
